about the one where i commented that with money as my motivation, everything seems bearable, jeremy said something last nite that both amused and bemused me quite a bit. hahaa but i shall not say it here. which explains for the HAHAHAA in my nick now. whenever i think of it, i cant help but start laughing again. guess it's true that it's more memorable than it is funny. ohwell whatever makes me happy!


and ooooh i just watched the season finale of the oc season 2.. and i didnt even know it's the finale until edwin told me! and yes it's a helluva cliffhanger!!! ARGH!! i'm eagerly anticipating season 3 already!
and my guess is that desperate housewives season 1 is coming to a finale soon and so is lost as well.. oh noooo.. what am i gg to watch next??


anw. my off day is changed to tuesday! MADAGASCAR ANYBODY??!!??!!??!!??!!!!!

i got the job at suntec for the world book fair.. it's back breaking work so far.. i'm already exhausted at the end of the day after only 2 days' work. oh wells. yesterday was auite alright actually. today 4 new people came to work and 2 of them turned out to be ex-cedarians 1 year my junior.. and they recognised me thanks to ltc/oac. hahaa i didnt even recognise them at first. and this hmmm, irritating girl. she's like forever complaining abt everything. and when she laughs, it's really really loud and she has the tendency to hit smack people on the arm when she laughs and it IS painful! u know what, i still cant remember her name.
oh well.. all i can say is: with money as my motivation, everything is possible!!


and champions league.. enough said. i cant believe liverfool won.. gahhh! penalties just dont favour the better teams huh. first man utd then ac milan. the curse of the penalty shootouts hurhur..
but my semi-allegiance to ac milan will not change! they are still THE dream team!


gotta work for abt 12 hours tmr, i shd go sleep now or sth...

this was the 4 of us after watching kingdom of heaven.. oh u know what? it's kinda sad but it's true that orlando bloom can't carry off the role of balian.. can u imagine if it's russell crowe? or... VIGGO MORTENSEN?! woot~ getting viggo mortensen will send many girls swooning man! orlando bloom looks great in the movie (as usual) but just lacks that "i'm a knight, hear me ROAR" factor.. his uninspiring rally speech doesn't help his cause either.. "let them come".. riiight.
and the 2 idiots called edmund and ray actually made a comedy out of the movie.. lmao.. abt throwing bak kwa and kway chup and tethering pigs around the fortress.. just thinking of it makes me laugh again.. hahahaahahaaaaa..

just finished watching "a beautiful mind" on channel 5.. only at my 2nd time watching this show that i fully appreciate the beauty of it all.


watching the show brings back memories of events and people. one person in particular and yes, it did make me wonder where did it all went wrong and come undone. funny how little things can stir the deepest of memories, those that u thought u'd buried away.

it's settled - we are going to chengdu from the 18th to the 24th july! ahahahaaaa.. simply cant resist a vacation. it'll be my 2nd foray into china after stumbling through shenzhen last year when we went hongkong.. exciting!
just read LN's email on how everything is dirt cheap there. here cheap, there cheap, add together NOT cheap! i'm already day dreaming about the dvds and everything i can buy there!! hohoho...


oh i went for the interview at rich concept and i saw this real cutie there! hahaa.. he was waiting for his friend to finish his interview. he. is. HOT. good looking, not in the boyish way but in the mature way. hahaa.
riiight. and guess who i saw there? xu yang. small world huh. turns out he applied for the BSM to new york also and he told me there's about 150 applicants for the available 30 places or so. gahhhhh. really, every mother son is applying for this BSM!


OH YEAH.. FA CUP FINAL TMR!! eh eh edmund, anna, LN and ray... we are watching together rite??


ok yeah i cant stand it anymore, i'm going to watch "lost" again.. i'm addicted to that serial.
doesn't hurt that matthew fox is just getting hotter every minute i watch the serial.

oh my.. i just watched the 2nd episode of "lost" and i tell u, it's a damn nice show! the plot's excellent and i can tell that there are going to be alot of sub plots. i can also tell u it's just going to get better! i only intended to watch episode 1 but i couldn't resist watching what goes on next. and matthew fox as the lead is just greeaaat. though i must admit i got a bit freaked out because of the super realistic scenes as well as the sometimes bone chilling dialouges. and it's only the 2nd episode! oh dang, now i'm hooked on to lost, the oc and desperate housewives. my comp's going crazy! why doesnt AXN show them or sth?!!?


ok anw.. yes LN i read ur email and i am too lazy to reply so here goes: i have successfully managed to change my orientation to the first run so yeah, am free from the 15th to the 23rd july now.. chengdu here we come! =))
oh and i applied for BSM to new york also... just trying my luck la, most prob wont get it also...


argh i feel like watching episode 3 now but it's alr 2:51am and i should probably get to bed..

i wanna go BSM in new york!!! and guess what? i mentioned it in passing to my mum and guess what she said?! "GO LOR..." then i was like "$2800 leh! plus expenses all these will add another $1k lor"..... "GO LOR... if it's good for u then go lor.." PHWOAR!! i don think she's kidding me leh.. hahahaaa. imagine! spending xmas in new york!! ARGH!! n all those fortune500 companies.. the big apple.. I WANT!! wat's more, can count as 1 credit under GRS... only thing is that it's graded. 40% project, 30% discussion/participation and 30% report i think. i scared flop! if flop then it's like wasting nearly $3.5k leh!


my family seldom travels cos of dad's work commitments. that's y sometimes when i have the opportunity to travel, i am super duper excited but at the same time, i will feel a bit bad cos i am going to these places, my parents pay for most of them but they dont get to experience what i experience. how i wish i can bring them along, travel with them but we cant afford the time. money aside, it's the TIME factor. cos if dad takes a week off, chances are he will lose customers and also, potential customers. so he really cant afford it. we have difficulty taking 5 days off to go korea so i dont forsee us taking long trips to anywhere further. i dont deny that sometimes, i would wonder why travelling is so difficult for us. i wish dad can just put things down and my whole family can just go to maybe australia or NZ or korea or japan and we can all have a good time. now i understand how dad's job is like, i know why we cant afford what so many families enjoy - travelling. i only hope that when my parents get older, they can take the time to go travelling themselves. i swear if i have the capabilities, i will send them on an all-expenses paid trip to anywhere they want. and my brother.. when the time comes when he will want to go travelling with friends, i will pay for him if he is still schooling n all that too. gosh i love travelling and i only wish that my family can enjoy it with me too!!!

i'm backkkk from bangkok. finally! heehee.. went to the major shopping spots - pratunam, chatuchak, yao warat and mahboonkrong. is really shop till we drop. shop till we complain of hunger, sore feet, headaches and backaches. then we go on to eat till we drop. eat until we are 120% full, until we wanna puke ahahahhaaa. can still remember the crabs we had on our first nite. so fleshy and so sweet. and ohmy the baked prawns!! they were sooo huge, they looked like crayfish! *yums* argh i can still remember the absolute delight and eh, fulfilment when i sank my teeth into them. FANTASTIC!!! then it's back to more shopping. tops, jeans, slippers (i bought 7 pairs of havainas and a pair of birkenstock - not real of cos) and bags. the bags in bkk are so niceee. so many varieties! i wanna buy them all!! and shihui, hongyi, bain n i went for foot reflexology/massage on our 2nd nite. its only abt S$10 for an hour of heavenly indulgence haha. damn shiok. they even threw in a shoulder and neck massage! haha! but honestly, chatuchak was quite a nightmare with the HUGE crowd. oh n i saw jialing and chloe cheong there. like what a small world. we even stayed in the same hotel la.. monday at mbk rocks totally. it's like, far east x100. shop till i dropped (literally cos i was kinda sick during the trip but it's not gonna prevent me frm shopping). yeah man.


in summary, after we reached our hotel on sat aftnn, it's shop-dinner-shop-sleep-breakfast-shop-dinner-shop-massage-sleep-breakfast-shop-dinner-shop-sleep-breakfast-home.. woot this is the life.


ayeaye i'm just glad to be back. i bought a lot but when i unpacked, it doesnt seem like a lot. hahaha. now i'm set back by about S$500. and i need to work to get money so i can go chengdu!! that will take abt S$600 by LN's estimation. any job lobangs, anybody?????

went mambo with bain, hui ying and saidah last nite. met anna and youyi also... uhm uhm bain n i had alot to drink la. ok not say a lot a lot, it's just the combination of a flaming lambo and long island that killed us both la haha. anyways. i had like several weird dreams when i fell aslp this morning. cant really remember them all but i recall there was this one abt a whole big grp of us and i dont know them but we all seem to know each other in the dream. eh am i making sense? haha. ohoh i remember seeing zhangyang in the dream! sheesh!! hahaaaaa....


psv beat ac milan 3-1 in eindhoven. aggregate score is 3-3 but milan goes thru on away goals... yeah! well well champions league is a funny business. who would have expected liverpool to be in the finals? one thing thou - ac milan will beat them! ac milan is the dream team!

watch out for jiahui chong chu jiang hu.. if all things go according to a small idea bain n i were talking about, we might be making a reappearance at mambo after a 4-month hiatus tmr. ahahahahaaa. a wee bit exciting, come to think of it.


oh yeah on the topic of mambo-ing, we (me, jac, mel, eliz n victor) were reviewing some shows last nite at evans. it was chuiling's back in tunes. and we heard rick astley's "together forever" and immediately thought of the highly amusing retro-ish and dumb funky actions to the song. sheesh it seems like some stuff, we just wont forget eh. and mel was so amused by that. reviewing was energy-sapping and a little draggy. until we got to shaun's and grace's programme that is. grace was totally having shaun as a snack and it was hilarious! wiiicked!
and our meeting went on till 11pm. what a nite.


get real is returning to channel news asia... interesting show. i really like diana ser's style. nice. speaking of which, i am so going to kick zal the next time he mentions the name "diana" in front of me again. meanie. but zal rocks la. (must say he rocks, bo bian haha)
